Lynda Nichols

With a real estate career spanning more than 30 years on the Monterey Peninsula, Lynda has since established herself as one of the more prominent producers in the profession. Lynda has owned her own successful real estate company in Pacific Grove, "By The Bay Realty" from 1986 until she merged with Coldwell Banker, now called Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty, in 1994. Hailing from an impressive background in the field of real estate brokerage, Lynda has lent her expertise toward the successful transfer of innumerable residential properties on the MontereyPeninsula. Consistently exceeding the multi-million dollar level, Lynda's performance has warranted an impressive collection of awards, including being a Previews Property Specialist and her membership in Coldwell Banker's "International President's Elite Premier”. When Lynda is not out with clients, you can most always find her on horseback.  She is an avid equestrian, and spends most of her free time on trail rides with her family. Whether it's working with their baby horse or spending time with her older gelding, Lynda is in her element when she's with the horses.   

Lynda has been an integral part of her community over the years. She has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Pacific Grove, has served many different positions for the MontereyCounty Association of Realtors, and has been a member of several charitable organizations.

 

Mark Bruno

Mark grew up on the Monterey Peninsula attending Robert Louis Stevenson High School in Pebble Beach and later went on to California State University Fresno where he studied business.  He spent over 6 years  based in Southern California working for a large international corporation where he focused his energy on sales and marketing.  He then made the move to Arizona where he spent almost 8 years as a national sales manager and managing director of a publicly held company. 

Since returning to Pebble Beach, Mark has become a student of real estate on the Monterey Peninsula and is currently in a year round real estate training program to better hone his skills.  He has extensive experience in sales transactions and has been trained by some of the best in the industry, who have given him great tools to help clients have a smooth transaction and enjoy the home buying and selling process. Both buyers and sellers will find Mark’s open and direct communication style refreshing. 
 

Mark is an avid Golfer. When he’s not holding your house open on the weekend, you will probably find him chasing a little white ball around one of Monterey’s spectacular golf courses which makes him perfect for finding you that home with a special golf course view! He also enjoys photography, especially when it comes to the peninsula’s gorgeous sunsets. He will be easy to spot since his two chocolate Labrador Retrievers Stormi and Benson won’t be too far away.
